These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding, binding legal agreement between Storewww.aniseed.eu and users in connection with the services offered bywww.aniseed.eu. By browsing the pages, clicking on the objects or links located on the pages of www.aniseed.eu, You agree, accept and undertake to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. THE ORDER
Every order of a product or service through the system of “Aniseed” OOD is associated with an obligation to pay by your chosen payment method. We accept orders 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. In the ordering process, you have the opportunity to see the products you are buying and their prices, your names, E-mail, telephone, address, postal code, the method of delivery and the method of payment. For each order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail only. You will be notified by e-mail of a change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, shipment, etc.). Ordering a product/s through the e-shop means an express consent to conclude a distance sales contract, which is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.
Problems with order fulfillment
Although we strive to fulfill all orders with accuracy, the fulfillment of your order may be prevented for any of the following reasons:
- We do our best to have stock and update stock in a timely manner, but it is possible that some of the products ordered are not available; in this case, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or e-mail.
- You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details – names, address, telephone, postal code.
In the event of a discrepancy between the received and ordered products or an inaccuracy due to our fault, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and replacement of the non-conforming products. In case of impossibility of delivery due to no fault of “Aniseed” OOD (you are not at the specified address or you do not answer the supplier’s calls), your order will be returned to us until we contact you.
Delivery and receipt of the products
- By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the stated value of the shipping costs.
- Delivery to address: selected in the ordering process after filling in an accurate address, names, zip code, preferred delivery date and additional instructions.
Order cancellation and return
You can return products purchased from us without a reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
– The products must be in their original packaging
– There should be no signs of use, impaired appearance or staining
– To include the original invoice or order with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying original invoice document)
– The costs of returning the products are at your expense.

3. THE PRICES
All prices are in BGN with VAT included. Product prices are shown excluding shipping costs. We work according to the terms of the contract for the provision of courier services between “Speedy” AD Standard 24 hours and “Aniseed” OOD. The prices of the services are always correctly marked and updated and are visualized at the time of the order. Bills of lading are prepared using the My Speedy/Web Clients software application or SOAP Web Service/API based on a concluded contract and are updated online by “Speedy” JSC. We do not offer a test and shipment inspection service.
Delivery Time: Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. on business days, are processed on the same day. Those made after 1:00 p.m. and those on non-working days, are processed on the first following working day. Delivery to the customer takes 1-2 working days from the processing of the given order.
4. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I collect my shipment from a Speedy office?
Yes, you can receive the shipment at a Speedy office. You can choose a Speedy office from the list or enter the address of the courier company in the “street” and “number” fields.
Can I get my shipment from a Speedy machine?
Yes, you can receive the shipment at a Speedy machine. When choosing this option, you must pay by card.
At what times do the couriers deliver?
Couriers deliver parcels on working days usually between 8.00 and 18.00, depending on the town, weather conditions and the forwarder.
Will the courier notify us before delivery?
In most cases the courier will inform the recipient, but we cannot guarantee this – the courier has no such obligation.
How can I contact the courier?
The easiest way is to contact the courier company Speedy on the number: 1 7001 7001 and submit the parcel number.
5. DISPUTES. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes regarding obligations arising from contracts for online sales, in which no agreement has been reached, you can refer the dispute to the bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes (ARC) under the conditions and in accordance with Art. 181a et seq. from CPL. Further information on alternative consumer dispute resolution can be found on the website of the Consumer Protection Commission athttps://kzp.bg and in the online dispute resolution platform ODR.
6. CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT
The website contains copyrighted materials and texts, images, graphic logos, graphics, trademark logos, databases and software that are owned or licensed by “Aniseed” OOD and are protected by Bulgarian and other applicable laws and conventions on copyright, related and other intellectual property rights. The reproduction of the content, of the website and/or any of its elements, subject to intellectual property, can only be carried out with the written consent of “Aniseed” LTD. Use of the Services and the Website does not grant users any rights to the intellectual property objects in whole or in any part thereof.
